Do you have a complaint or an issue with a purchase? We are happy to assist you.

I have a complaint, what can I do?

If you are dissatisfied with our service or have a complaint about an item, please let us know. You can email us at webshop@wearegarcia.com or call 085-2250142. We will process your complaint as quickly as possible and provide a substantive response within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint is handled, you can submit it to the dispute resolution body through the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

Do I have a warranty on my purchase?

Yes, for all items you purchase from us, the legal warranty applies.

The legal warranty means that your product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. Additionally, you are only entitled to a warranty for a valid complaint. A complaint is valid if it was not caused by:

  • Damage due to intent or negligence,
  • Improper use or lack of maintenance,
  • Normal wear and tear, and/or
  • Damage caused by not following or mishandling the instructions.

How do I make use of the warranty?

You can return your item. You can drop off your package at a DHL station. This is free of charge. Click here to find a DHL station near you.

Recall Protocol

We strive to deliver products of the highest quality that meet all safety requirements. If, however, a product does not meet our standards, we will initiate a recall to protect and fully support our customers.

You can exchange the product for a new one that meets the safety and quality requirements free of charge. Additionally, you can return the product either online or in-store with the return form. You will then receive a full refund.


Announcement of the Recall

When a product is recalled, we immediately announce it through:

  • Our website
  • Social media channels
  • Email newsletters to customers
  • Notices in our stores

In the announcement, we provide details of the specific product, including images, order numbers, product codes, and other identifying characteristics. We clearly explain why the product is being recalled and what risks are involved.

In the announcement, we offer support to help customers verify if their product is part of the recall. We also explain what customers can do to ensure their safety, such as not using the product until it has been returned.


Return Instructions

Customers will receive clear instructions on how to return the product.

  • Free return shipping: Customers can return the product free of charge or drop it off at one of our stores.


Refunds and Replacement Products

In the case of a recall, we offer our customers the following options:

  • Full refund: Customers will receive a full refund.
  • Replacement product: If possible, we offer a replacement product that meets our quality requirements.

All refunds and replacements will be processed within 14 business days.
